Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom orders are created especially for you and are considered final sale. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. For event and customized orders, we recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance.

Handmade Products
Because many of our pieces are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, texture, or finish may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Digital Products
Digital products are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. They may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied for commercial use, or claimed as your own. Due to their digital nature, all digital product sales are final.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Muse & Made Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Damaged Items
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Product Use
Our products should be used only for their intended purpose. Children should use craft materials and DIY kits with appropriate adult supervision.

Intellectual Property
All original designs, photographs, digital content, branding, and creative materials belonging to Muse & Made Studio may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
